Registration

All participants are required to register through the online registration system and advised to register in advance to receive the registration discount. Please read carefully the registration guidelines below. For queries relating to the general submission of manuscripts, please contact the 11ICG Secretariat at regi@11icg-seoul.org.

  1. 1.Only IGS members can take advantage of the special registration fees. Please check your membership status on the IGS website (http://www.geosyntheticssociety.org/members).
  2. 2.This rate applies to registered full-time students in a university, college or engineering school. Please note that documentary proof must be sent to the secretariat by email within 10 days of paying your registration fee.

Methods of Payment

Online Credit Card

  • -Payment by credit card is available only through the online registration.
  • -All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.

Bank Transfer

  • -All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants. Any balances should be paid on-site to complete registration.
  • -The sender's name should be the registrant's name. If the registrant’s name and the sender’s name are not identical, please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to the secretariat marked with the registrant’s name that appears on the bank transfer slip.
  • -Please ensure that the registrant's name is on the bank remittance receipt.
  • -Appropriate payment should be completed within the corresponding period of registration. If you fail to pay by a determined period deadline, you will be required to pay the additional fees by wire transfer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • -Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by email or fax.
  • -All refunds will be made after the meeting.
  • -All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all meeting registration refunds.
  • -Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation.
Before March 30, 2018 70% refund
March 31 - June 15, 2018 30% refund
After June 16, 2018 No refund

Invitation Letter

Registrants are able to download the invitation letter off "My Page" from the online registration page.
If registrants need a notarized invitation letter or an original copy of the letter, an additional fee will be charged.
Installation of special software will be required in order to print out the letter. Please note that the user's computer may automatically block the viewer program in some cases. If an error page appears, please contact the Secretariat then we will send you the letter by email.
